Research Journalist & Platform Visionary

Michael is the visionary behind TerraPulse. A writer and research journalist, he saw what no existing tool provided: a single platform that synthesizes air quality, seismic activity, drought, ocean conditions, space weather, and climate trends into one coherent, accessible picture.

His original concept — first called Threshold, built on a prototype called APOC — laid out the complete product and data blueprint that TerraPulse is now bringing to life. The Data Source Handbook traces directly from his research into which government and scientific APIs could power a consumer-grade climate intelligence platform.

Michael continues to drive the platform's direction — discovering new data sources through the admin interface (ASF Sentinel-1 SAR, NASA DONKI, GeoSphere Austria, JRC Copernicus datasets), shaping the analysis priorities, and ensuring that TerraPulse serves the audience he understands best: environmentally conscious people who want real data, not noise.

"The natural world is speaking to us in data — seismic tremors, shifting currents, atmospheric chemistry, solar wind. My vision for TerraPulse is to foster a deeper understanding of our planet by letting AI-assisted research surface the patterns hidden in that data. Not speculation. Not models built on models. Analysis rooted in statistical rigor, drawn from first-source government and scientific measurements. The truth is in the numbers — we just need the right tools to listen."
