Weather forecast office sourcewfo_sourceTRAINED SPOTTER
Episode narrativeepisode_narrativeWhile the lower elevations of northern New York stayed warm enough for rain to fall, slightly higher elevation locations received heavy, wet snow as a low pressure system moved across the area. There were numerous reports of 7 to 13 inches of snow. Twelve inches of new snow was reported at Newcomb with 13 inches at Tupper Lake. The wet snow also helped to knock down some trees and power lines.
