The center of this Winter Storm tracked across central Iowa with snow seen as far north as central Minnesota. All counties listed above were subjected to more than 6 inches of snowfall in less than 38 hours...with most of south central and east central Minnesota receiving between 9 inches and 12 inches of snow. The heaviest reports of snowfall were reported in southern Hennepin and northern Hastings counties, where measurements of between 14 and 17 inches were common. No reports of major injuries or deaths related to the storm.
