Farther southeast across Eastern Pennsylvania, the precipitation intensity was lighter and the snow mixed with rain at times. Accumulations averaged between 2 and 5 inches across much of this area. Specific accumulations included 5 inches in Stroudsburg (Monroe County), 4.5 inches in Williams Township (Northampton County), 4.3 inches in East Stroudsburg (Monroe County), 4.2 inches in Springtown (Bucks County), 4 inches in Reading (Berks County), 3 inches in Robesonia (Berks County), 2 inches in Lehighton (Carbon County) and 1.5 inches at the Lehigh Valley International Airport. Untreated roads were hazardous. |
