Episode narrativeepisode_narrativeA low pressure system developed over Virginia along a secondary cold front the evening of the 10th. It spread a swath of light snow across Southeast Pennsylvania during the predawn and morning hours of the 11th. Accumulations averaged between 1.0 and 2.5 inches. Accumulations were less than an inch in the far northwestern parts of Chester, Montgomery and Bucks Counties. The highest accumulations occurred across southeast Bucks County: 2.5 inches fell at Southampton. Since the snow lingered into the morning, several accidents were reported. The greatest concentration of reported accidents were in Lower Makefield and Northampton Townships in Bucks County.
