| Episode narrativeepisode_narrative | A double barrel low pressure system brought snow that mixed in with some sleet and freezing rain toward the end on the 9th. Accumulations averaged between 2.5 and 4 inches across the Southern Poconos. Snow overspread the region during the late morning on the 9th and ended during that evening. The two low pressure systems responsible for the snow moved from the Ohio Valley and Georgia the morning of the 9th to Lake Huron (the former) and Boston (the latter) the morning of the 10th. Keeping their separate identities prevented these lows from dropping heavier snow across the area. |
