A general accumulation of 7 to 10 inches with locally high amounts fell across Bennington and Windham Counties. The precipitation changed to sleet and freezing rain during the morning of January 28, then briefly to light rain before ending. Snowfall totals included, 11 inches at Townsend and 14 inches at West Wardsboro in Windham County. |
