episode_narrativeA winter storm formed off the coast of North Carolina and moved northward along the Eastern Seaboard. The storm brought a general 8 to 12 inch snow accumulation to northeast Pennsylvania. However, a nearly stationary band of heavy snow dumped as much as three feet of snow in the Northern Tier. In Susquehanna County, Oakland reported 36 inches, Hickory Grove 34 inches, and Montrose 25 inches. In Bradford County, 20 inches of snow fell in Tuscarora.
