Allenspark picked up 10 inches of snow with most other locations reporting anywhere from 4 to 6 inches. Icy roads and blowing snow caused a 22-car pileup along Interstate 25 near the Mead exit. All but one of the northbound lanes were closed. As a result, the accident caused an 8 mile back-up for several hours. |
