The highest accumulation of 15 inches was recorded at Parks, 35 miles west of Flagstaff. Wind speed ranged from 15 to 35 mph producing wind chills to 20 below zero. The hazardous driving conditions caused over one hundred vehicle accidents within a 30 mile radius of Flagstaff, Arizona. Only minor injuries were reported. |
