Drizzle and light rain were reported mainly across Orange County and northern portions of coastal San Diego County. A couple fires also broke out across the region as well.
Event narrativeevent_narrativeThis fire occurred at Ranchero and Caliente roads, west of hesperia near Interstate 15. Structures were threatened until containment. The farm fire burned 250 acres. Initially 20 acres but developed rapid spread. Wind gusts of 35 mph and relative humidity 30 to 35 percent at 2 nearby SCE weather stations. Caltrans weather station gusts to 30 mph and minimum RH down to 25 percent.
