| episode_narrative | The third and final in a series of offshore wind events arrived at the end of October resulting in another round of Red Flag Warnings and Wind Advisories. This final event was not as strong as the previous and was more in line with the first offshore event that sparked the Kincade Fire. Under a very dry air mass widespread single digit humidity values were observed in the hills, along valley floors, and in some coastal areas. The Oakland Airport sounding also recorded record low moisture content for several launches in a row. For full detailed summary of these three events see the following site: https://www.weather.gov/mtr/FireWeatherOctober2019. |
| event_narrative | A hotspot was detected in Sonoma County southwest of Cloverdale off of the Kincade Fire. Do not have information as to when that spot was put out. |
