episode_narrativeStrong wind, low relative humidity, unseasonably warm temperatures, and drought-stricken, dormant vegetation promoted the rapid spread of wildfires on April 30th across northern Creek and Pawnee Counties. More than 800 acres were burned by these wildfires, forcing the evacuation of about 40 residences. The fires continued through May 1st.
