| episode_narrative | The Spring Incident (formerly known as the Sugarloaf Incident) was responsible for burning 900 acres. Three minor injuries and zero deaths were reported. This lightning caused incident contained two main fires which burned together. The fires destroyed a vehicle park recreation area and threatened timber and recreational trails. Gusty southwest winds which approached 40 mph on the 28th through the 30th as well as steep terrain hampered the control process. |
