| episode_narrative | The Big Fish fire began in mid July and continued to burn through the month of August. On the 16th of August the fire destroyed several structures around Trappers Lake. Structures that were destroyed included the historic Trappers Lake Lodge, a barn, and six cabins. By the end of August a total of 9 structures were destroyed, and 15,800 acres of trees in the White River National Forest had been consumed.
