Since it was difficult to access, moderate winds caused this fire to spread up the banks where it destroyed a small trailer at an RV park. As a precautionary measure, a two mile stretch of Interstate 10 was closed briefly on the day the fire started, and about 25 mobile homes were evacuated. |
