episode_narrativeA wildfire (cause still under investigation) started at 1643 PST, February 28 in the Santa Ana River bottom, burning heavy fuels near the intersection of Rio Road and Calle Hermosa in Jurupa Valley. Voluntary evacuation were in effect on Greenbrier Drive and Grassy Trail in the city of Riverside. There were no injuries, but one structure and one outbuilding were damaged. Power lines were also reported down in the river bottom area. The fire burned 311 acres before being fully contained at 1800 PST on March 3rd.
