This episode was a continuation of a blaze that began on June 18. The fire had consumed 4900 acres of vegetation in June, so the final total was approximately 5200 acres. The cause of the fire was unknown. There were no serious injuries reported. Only partial damage estimates were available - $112 thousand loss on macadamia nuts.
