episode_narrativeThe Adrian Wildfire began around 1227 CST about eight miles north of Simms Texas in Deaf Smith County. The wildfire threatened one home but that structure was saved. The wildfire did consume an estimated eight hundred acres, however no damages or injuries were reported. The cause of the wildfire was determined to be from transmission lines. The wildfire was contained around 1800 CST.
