| episode_narrative | The Thompson Wildfire began three miles north of Four Way Texas or about eight miles south of Dumas Texas in Moore County around 1814 CST. The wildfire started just east of U.S. Highway 287 and consumed an estimated four hundred acres. A total of one home and one other structure were threatened, however no damage was reported. There were also no reports of injuries. The wildfire was contained around 2230 CST. |
