Episode narrativeepisode_narrativeThe Antone Wildfire was a lightning start fire located within the Gallo and Mangas Mountains south of Quemado, NM. The fire posed little to no threat to life and property and was managed to a final size of 12,397 acres. The most rapid fire growth occurred early on during favorable elevated to critical fire weather conditions. Containment lines were put around the fire and the fire reached its final size by June 15th.
