| Episode narrativeepisode_narrative | During a high wind event on April 12, 2022, a downed power line 4.3 miles southwest of Nogal sparked the Nogal Canyon Fire. This wildfire spread quickly under high winds and destroyed six homes and eight outbuildings. Firefighters were able to make quick progress on the wildfire throughout the remainder of April, and the Nogal Canyon Fire was 100 percent contained on May 2, 2022. |
