Episode narrativeepisode_narrativeWidespread thunderstorms moved across central Indiana during the afternoon and early evening hours of October 23rd. Some of these storms briefly produced isolated damaging wind gusts and large hail with the strongest storms across south central Indiana. Several rounds of storms moved over the same areas at times, but no significant flooding impacts were noted other than some minor flooding in areas that easily flood. One particularly strong storm produced a wall cloud that was seen south of Brownstown where a tornado warning was in place.
Event narrativeevent_narrativeTwo non-life threatening injuries after lightning struck an asphalt roller. The driver and a nearby worker were checked out by first responders and released.
