As a result of these disturbances, numerous trees and wires were downed across the region. There were also reports of flash flooding in Columbia county, New York. Rainfall from the event ranged from 1 to 5.36 inches. A Federal Disaster Declaration was declared due to the flooding in Columbia and surrounding counties in New York state. FEMA estimated over $36,000 million in infrastructure repair and debris removal. |
