Lightning detection networks indicated lightning strikes in the immediate area around 2 PM EDT. Workers in the building were in the process of evacuating due to storms in the area when the incident occurred on the 7th floor of the structure. It wasn't totally clear whether the person was directly or indirectly struck. |
