As these storms move southeast during the early morning hours of the 13th, they strengthened over central Wisconsin and started producing damaging winds. A mesonet reporting station near Necedah (Juneau County) measured a 62 mph wind gust and trees were blown down in Arkdale and Petenwell County Park (Adams County).
