The fire statrted in the central heating and air unit in the building by the lightning bolt. The blaze burnt itself out. Five hours later, another blaze erupted and burned the barracks to the ground. Fire officials believed that an electrical short caused the fire, and that the electrical short was possibly a result of the earlier lightning strike. |
