Episode narrativeepisode_narrative	A weak upper air disturbance combined with an unseasonably hot and humid air mass to trigger pulse type thunderstorms during the afternoon of the 10th in eastern Pennsylvania. In addition to being prolific cloud-to-ground lightning producers, a few thunderstorms also became severe.
Event narrativeevent_narrative	Lightning strikes across Northampton County caused damage to a few structures. In Bethlehem Township, a house burst into flames after lightning struck a chimney and traveled downward to the gas fireplace. Four fire companies battled the blaze. A firefighter was unhurt after he fell through a ceiling. In Wilson Borough, lightning struck and obliterated a chimney. The debris damaged a minivan parked on Lehigh Street. In Palmer Township, a lightning strike damaged a shed. No serious injuries were reported.
