One of the storms dropped between 3 and 4 inches of rain in about one hour across southern Logan County and northwest Macon County, leading to flash flooding. Other storms produced damaging wind gusts, resulting in downed trees and flattened corn fields in a few locations. In addition, lightning strikes caused house fires in both Lincoln and Ogden.
