Dew points reached as high as 82 degrees in the upper St Croix Valley. Thunderstorms forming within this air mass occasionally produced local heavy rain and severe weather.||Widespread thunderstorms with intense winds and huge hail moved across northwest Wisconsin on the evening of the 19th. The most damage occurred in Douglas and Sawyer Counties.
