A man witnessed the teen being struck and rushed to help. When arriving at the scene the teen was not breathing, bleeding out the nose, and burned, but he was revived and then rushed to Delray Medical Center where he was able to move his extremities and was later able to talk.||The boy was expected to recover from his injuries. |
