Main storm damage occurred in Lawrence and Dekalb counties where strong winds produced sporadic downed trees and power lines. A mesonet site west of Trinity, Alabama recorded a wind gust to 48 mph as the line of thunderstorms moved east. A lightning strike injured a male that was under a tree in DeKalb County. The storms moved east into northern Georgia just before Noon. |
