Significant and widespread tree, fence and power line damage was reported along the path of the MCS. In addition, three tornadoes touched down in the northern portions of the DFW Metroplex. Approximately 250,000 people were left without power in the Metroplex and hundreds of flights were grounded or cancelled at DFW and DAL.
