Episode narrativeepisode_narrative	A rare July cold front was approaching Georgia from the northwest. A weak upper-level trough accompanied the front. This combined with typical July afternoon heat and humidity set the stage for scattered thunderstorms. A couple became severe and produced damaging downburst winds. Heavy rain also fell across some of the same areas that had experienced flooding during the early morning hours.
