Moist flow behind the line in the afternoon was strong enough to initiate isolated thunderstorms which became strong to severe. Localized gusty winds and hail up to 1 was reported. Another line of thunderstorms moved into the area through the middle of the night and early morning of the 12th, bringing localized damaging wind-gusts to parts of North GA. Storms then redeveloped with afternoon instability in the afternoon across the far SE CWA. |
