Doppler Radar storm total estimates reached 1.5 inches. The flooding occurred at the intersection of 31st Street S.W. and Lehigh Street. Two motorists were stranded at the intersection and were rescued. Firefighters cleared the debris clogged drains which helped clear the intersection. |
