Episode narrativeepisode_narrativeAs a weakening Flossie moved north of the island chain, it brought deep tropical moisture over the state from the south. Showers and isolated thunderstorms then formed over parts of the state; with Maui, the Big Island, and Oahu being the most affected. The downpours produced small stream and drainage ditch flooding, and ponding on roadways. No significant injuries or property damage were reported.
