Widespread flooding was reported from minor roadway flooding to major flooding of mainstem rivers. The Russian River reached major flood stage flooding dozens of homes and businesses prompting mandatory evacuations and rescues. Venado received over 20 inches of rain in 48 hours. In addition to heavy rainfall, this system brought gusty winds with widespread gusts exceeding 50 mph and over 70 mph in the North Bay Mountains.
