This led to renewed flooding issues and additional mud/rock slides in Rockcastle, McCreary, Perry, and Harlan Counties.||This round of rainfall prompted the Perry County Judge-Executive to declare a local state of emergency for the county as damages from this and previous events totaled over $100,000.
