Episode narrativeepisode_narrativeWith the ground already saturated from rain that fell in September, flash flooding occurred on the first day of October after a round of thunderstorms moved across southwest Wisconsin. Rainfall amounts of 1.5 to 3 inches were common across Grant County and the runoff from this rain caused water to go over State Highway 81 east of Cassville and near Ellenboro. Water also went over County Highways E and O along with some township roads.
Event narrativeevent_narrativeNorthwest of Georgetown, five inches of rain fell.
