Heavy rain from the thunderstorms resulted in multiple debris flows on State Route 38. The first debris flow was reported on State Route 38 near Valley of the Falls Drive in Forest Falls. This debris flow was approximately 11 feet deep and 25 feet wide. State Route 38 closed at Valley of the Falls Drive due to the debris flow. No injuries were reported, but at least one vehicle was stuck in the debris flow. Another debris flow was reported on State Route 38 and Frustration Creek west of Mountain Home Village. This debris flow was approximately 100 feet wide and 10 feet deep. |
