While storms were progressive in nature, continued development and repeated rounds of moderate to heavy rainfall over certain locations led to instances of flash flooding. The heavy rainfall also caused a mudslide which damaged a mobile home in Perry County. Additionally, a cloud to ground lightning strike near Somerset set a hay barn on fire.
