A very warm and moist conditions supported heavy rainfall rates that lead to flooding in several counties across the region. The worst, was the city of Butler, in Pennsylvania as a storm remained nearly stationary of the city for almost 2 hours. Multiple water rescues took place across the city, with water several feet high in places.
