This heavy rain produced flash flooding across portions of Crawford and Richland Counties. One person had to be rescued near Steuben (Crawford County) when the person attempted to drive through flood waters and the vehicle was swept off the road. A mudslide occurred near Bell Center (Crawford County) that brought trees down off a bluff side.
