In Crittenden County, water rose to the edges of Kentucky 120 and Kentucky 855 at mile marker 5. In Caldwell County, water was over Highway 91 just north of Fredonia and Highway 641 just south of Fredonia. Some water was over roads in Webster County. Rainfall amounts for the 48-hour period ending at 7 A.M. on the 28th ranged up to 3.48 inches in Providence (Webster County). This report was from a co-operative observer. |
