The following locations were affected: manhole at 1128 Cornell Dr, manhole at 1109 Deborah St, manholes at 700 N Englewood Dr, manhole at 1408 N Cherokee Ave, and a manhole at 576 Inez Road. Sewage was released into Rock Creek, Beaver Creek, and Cypress Creek.
