Episode narrativeepisode_narrativeAs moisture from former Tropical Cyclone Nora moved through the island chain, showers and isolated thunderstorms were prevalent from the Big Island to Oahu. The rain produced flash flooding in the Hamakua District on the Big Island near Laupahoehoe on the 16th. Elsewhere, the precipitation mainly caused ponding on roadways, and small stream and drainage ditch flooding. No serious injuries or property damage were reported.
