Event narrativeevent_narrativeThe combination of heavier rain and especially blocked and clogged storm drains led to a roadway closure on the Blue Route (Interstate 476) during the morning commute on the 1st. All the northbound lanes of the interstate were closed from 530 a.m. EDT to 645 a.m. EDT between exit 9 for Broomall and exit 13 for Villanova.
