episode_narrativeA nearly stationary band of heavy rain associated with the remnants of Tropical Depression Dennis moved through Gloucester County during the late afternoon and early evening of the 5th. Storm totals ranged from just under one inch along the Camden County border to nearly two inches along the Salem County border. Some poor drainage flooding occurred, but no other damage was reported. With Tropical Depression Dennis still along the Virginia/North Carolina border at the time of the heavy rain, this band left the county vulnerable to additional heavy rain.
