No serious flooding or damage though was reported. Storm totals included 1.75 inches in Easton, 1.5 inches in Federalsburg and 1.35 inches in Conowingo. The low pressure system responsible for the heavy rain moved northeast from Atlanta, Georgia the morning of the 21st to Albany, New York the morning of the 22nd. |
